My name is Alice, and as much as I would love to say
I was named after THE Alice (the Lewis Carroll Alice), I’m not. That said, it’s
still my favorite book and movie, if we are talking about the Disney animated
version. And I like to think that having that name is some kind of good
literary omen. Here’s to hoping.
I'm an undergraduate student studying Creative Writing and English. Hopefully this blog, besides just being a lot of fun, will help me work on what I love most: writing. And maybe it will help some readers too. : )
When I'm not writing my own stuff, I'm reading and editing other people's work for the literary magazine or independent publishing company that I am an intern for. I also read an obscene amount in general. Otherwise, I watch a lot of films (and like to think I'm a snob about it after taking film courses) and I'm becoming newly addicted to many television shows.
